The Rincon Rotary Club of Tucson Helps Cub Scout Pack 186 with a Community Outreach Projects.

Stuart Katz from The Rincon Rotary Club of Tucson, gives Cub Scout Pack leader, Barbara Drummond, a check to help with the purchase of hygiene supplies. These supplies are part a larger community service project coordinated by Pack 186. The Rincon Rotary Club also helped with a book drive by using their partnership with Bookmans on Wilmot and Speedway.

Stuart Katz is a Rotarian, and Administrator of the Orthopaedic Service Line at the Tucson Orthopaedic Institute. The Tucson Orthopaedic Institute has sponsored The Taste of Chocolate, an annual event that helps raise money for the Rincon Rotary Foundation, for the last two years. The Taste of Chocolate will be held this April 19th from 2-4pm.

Rincon Rotary’s support is part of its Rotary Local Program, whose mission is to help improve the local community through educational outreach.  Rotary Local can provide manpower, resources from local business partners, or in some cases, direct financial support to teachers who apply for assistance.
